An awesome experience

An awesome experience. I could really recommend it for seniors, although it is a long course. The rocks there are easy to climb and solid, not like the terrain that is typical to green reservers with lots of obstacles covered with leaves, where you have to double your attention to not fall. Not falling is crucial as this terrain contains lots of little bugs and insects.. and oh, spiders, so try not to sit too close to the edge of the rocks nor in the soil or near the bushes. Also make sure you cover where you're going to sit with a clear clothe and keep an eye open for anything moving above it. Beside that, the circuit is great, I've done this twice last year and simply enjoyed every second. The landscapes are beautiful and the place is very calm, if not by the smooth and dry wind.

Make sure you take lots of water and good luck on this one!

-Jaime Garcia Dias
